As a mum, we know that finding a playgroup and leaving your child in the care of others can feel daunting.

But it’s such an important transitional time for your child too.

So, we’d like to share one of the loveliest compliments our playgroup has received:

“leaving him with Debbie, Sue and the team is like leaving him with an older sister you completely trust”.

That’s because we have been new mums too – our children are growing up fast now, but you never forget what it’s like to leave your children when they are so tiny!

The playgroup has been an active part of the Teddington family community for over 50 years. Headed by Debbie and Sue for the last 18 years, the continuity that we have provided for families has proven reassuring for many parents  – and we love it.

Our style is relaxed and nurturing. Children love the variety of play that they can take part in.

“My son can be quite timid and often finds new situations overwhelming – but after every session he comes out full of enthusiasm” mum of William

We take children from 2 years, up to school age.

Being situated within the church (please be assured all cultures and faiths are welcome) we are a not-for-profit organisation.

The benefit of the church building is that children enjoy a spacious light airy environment – and we have access to a large secure outdoor area for outside play too.

We aim to keep childcare as affordable as possible whilst ensuring excellent staff to child ratios – 1:5 is our maximum.
